The Centres objectives, Provision of better training, consultancy and research services which serve the civilized progress of the United Arab Emirates in accordance with the scientific standards and the rules and regulations applied in the State vis-a-vis: imparting new information related to the participants work nature and the innovative modalities in performing work, adjusting their orientation and opinions, and preparing them to adopt new ideas and new work conditions according to the public and private institutions needs in their respective emirate. Enabling the participants to practice these innovative techniques and apply them on experimental basis first before adopting them in the actual implementation on work. Developing competencies and skills based on the latest innovations in science in order broaden the participants perceptions that enrich their practices using the appropriate way and methodology especially in problem solving or development of work, utilizing resources in an ideal manner and using the technologies of strategic planning in an effective manner. Meeting the urgent training needs in order to cater for urgent topics and phenomena or satisfy urgent individual or administrative needs that come under the umbrella of short-term objectives. Training and assisting postgraduate students who are reading for masters of doctorate degrees in using the scientific methods of research and statistical analysis. Emphasis on training member of staff in private institutions such as hotels, restaurants and schools as well as individuals in the community using First Aid techniques of their different levels.
