The founder’s main objective was to draw out the best in each child’s spirit, mind and body. This inspired her to provide an atmosphere that developed student values and intellect so that they may see, perceive, understand, discern and evaluate true life situations, thus enabling them to grow as individuals with confidence in oneself and in the world around us. Al Diyafah High School was founded 24 years ago, in September 1982, by Mrs Winnie D’Cunha. It started as a Nursery with only 2 children in a small villa located at Diyafah Street, Satwa, Dubai. That’s how it got its name.
